Sawmill Lumber Serving Terrace
Seaton Forest Products is a cant sawmill on Highway 16, east of Terrace in the Bulkley Valley. We mill dry balsam into squared cants, rough-cut boards, and chips, and we sell direct to customers across the northwest.
Timber for Terrace and the northwest
We mill dry balsam: the logs left burnt or behind in the bush that larger mills will not take. Every log leaves the yard as squared cants for finished lumber or as chips bound for a local pellet plant, so nothing is wasted.
Terrace sits along the same Highway 16 corridor as our yard, so a run out to the mill is a straight shot east. If you are building, ranching, or contracting around Terrace and would rather deal with a small local mill than a big-box supplier, we are glad to talk.
What Terrace customers buy from us
- Dry balsam cants in seven cross-sections from 4x4 to 12x12.
- Two-inch rough-cut boards for fencing, barns, and outbuildings.
- Wood chips by the trailer load.
- Custom orders for odd sizes or larger runs.
